Glenn Reynolds   Vice President, Policy 

Glenn Reynolds joined USTelecom as vice president, policy in April, 2007. Reynolds brings strong telecom industry experience to his efforts to represent USTelecom and its members before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies.

Reynolds comes to USTelecom from BellSouth where he served as a vice president in the company’s Federal Regulatory organization. Prior to joining BellSouth, Reynolds served in various capacities at the Federal Communications Commission, including as Deputy Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau and as Chief of the Enforcement Division. He also worked as an associate at the law firm of Patton Boggs.
